Our Bitcoin Payment Gateway provides a secure and efficient way to accept Bitcoin payments. We act as an intermediary to facilitate transactions, offering real-time processing, automated conversion, and transaction tracking.

3. Fees and Commissions

• Transactions below or equal to 0.000020 BTC are fee-free.
• For transactions exceeding 0.000020 BTC, we deduct a service fee of 0.000006 BTC + 0.5% of the total transaction amount before forwarding the payment.
• Transaction fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected in real-time during the transaction process.
• In addition to our service fee, Bitcoin network (mining) fees apply and may fluctuate based on network congestion.
• Once the sender's payment is confirmed on the Bitcoin blockchain, the remaining BTC will be transferred to the wallet specified in the plugin.
• The mining fee for this transfer will be deducted from the recipient’s specified wallet.
• Users acknowledge that all fees are non-refundable.

4. Payment Processing and Settlement

• All transactions are processed exclusively in Bitcoin (BTC). We do not offer fiat currency conversions.
• Transactions are considered complete when confirmed on the Bitcoin blockchain. Confirmation times may vary due to network conditions.
• We do not guarantee transaction speed or settlement time, as these are dependent on the Bitcoin network.
• Users are responsible for providing the correct Bitcoin wallet address. We are not liable for transactions sent to incorrect or invalid addresses.

5. Chargebacks and Refunds

Bitcoin transactions are irreversible. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Disputes must be resolved between the sender and recipient. We do not mediate disputes or offer refunds for completed transactions.

6. Compliance and Legal Restrictions

• Users are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency transactions.
• Our payment gateway must not be used for illegal activities, money laundering, or fraudulent transactions.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or unauthorized activities.

7. Service Availability and Liability Limitation

We strive to provide a reliable and secure payment gateway with high uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for downtime, technical failures, or external factors affecting transaction processing.

We are not liable for any loss, damages, or financial impact resulting from delays, network congestion, incorrect transactions, or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our payment gateway at our discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service.

Any pending transactions or balances may be withheld or forfeited if fraudulent or illegal activity is detected.
