We want to clarify our policy on refunds so that there is no confusion. Please read these terms carefully BEFORE making your purchase with us.

This Software must be used for Good, never Evil. It is expressly forbidden to use AVideo Platform to build porn sites, violence, racism, terrorism, or anything else that affects human integrity or denigrates the image of anyone.

Customer support

We offer a free support on GitHub, you just need to open an issue on GitHub and post any bug or usage question there. We will be happy to help you there and share this knowledge with others

Premium support

If you do not want to use Github you can use our premium support. For direct support (email or zoom meeting with a screen share) you can hire us per hour ($50 USD /hour). We can just schedule a time and we will be with you online.

The Source Code

We have part of the Open Source code, which you can edit without problems, but if you edit, we cannot guarantee that the other components purchased will work. and in this case you are not eligible for a refund

AVideo is divided into 4 parts:
1- Core Code - (Open Source)
2- Free Plugins - (Open Source)
3- Paid Plugins - (Encrypted Code)
4- Mobile Whitelabel - (Compiled version Android / iOS)
The items that are not an open source we can make the code available by the following value:

1- Paid Plugins: $100 USD each
2- Mobile Code: $1000 USD, the Mobile source code will allow you to compile as many versions as you want, for both Android and iOS

ACCEPTABLE GROUNDS FOR ISSUING A REFUND

You are eligible for a refund:-

TERMINATION WITHOUT REFUND

We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund or prior notice if you violate our published Terms of Use or become verbally abusive to our staff, other users of our site or our associates. In case such a user tries to resubscribe to our site we reserve the right to terminate his/her account without a refund or prior notice and block his/her IP address.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

The Buyer understands that access to the support forum, downloads, and documentation terminates when the refund is processed.

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are processed by the same payment processor you used to subscribe. Refunds are issued up to 7 business days after they are requested. The actual date of receiving the refund depends on the payment processor and the method of payment. Usually refunds via PayPal are credited within a few hours and refunds through a credit card company may take up to two months. This period of time is outside our control.

UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

This refund policy can be updated at any time, without prior notice and is applicable immediately and retroactively for all subscriptions and subscribers. It is considered an integral part of our Terms of Use and its acceptance is mandatory for all users.
